Let me tell you.
It all revolves around our little horse logo, drawn for us by a talented artist right here in Langley. We needed a special little horse that would represent our brand, Hairy Back Ranch®. I called her and asked for a hairy horse, that was it. She delivered. As soon as we saw him, we knew he was the one. The way his hair is messy, soft, and flowy all at the same time. His gentleness, says c’mon, let’s take a ride. He could be anyone’s horse.
Often when you meet your first horse for the very first time, you look at him and your heart skips a beat. You walk right up to him, place your hand on his shoulder, look into his eyes, and almost immediately you have that feeling. You feel his breath as he sniffs you. You immediately want more.
We turn to the person that came with us to see him…and say, “He’s the one”.
I know this sounds like a fairy tale but I have heard this kind of story. It really does happen like that sometimes. You just know when you know. It is like he was waiting for you to come.
Hairy Back Ranch is about everyone. The love of horses. The love of comfort.
The beginning of our little brand’s journey, that’s what we are doing here. ????
