  • Our warehouse is our office where it all comes together. Here we ship our orders and have our store set up with a full supply of inventory for local shoppers and curbside pickup.
  • Pickup and Shopping hours are on our Farm Shop page. If you need a different pick-up time, send us an email and we are happy to set a time that works for you. info@hairybackranch.com 604.866.6060
  • Curbside pickup orders will be held for 30 days only. Unless other arrangements are made previous to 30 days, items will no longer be held and be un-refundable.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING - in Canada & the USA
  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.
  • A Flat Rate shipping fee of $15 applies to shipping to all parts of Canada and the USA.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING - International
  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.
  • A Flat Rate shipping fee of $45 applies to orders shipping to accepted International destinations.

Our intent at Hairy Back Ranch is to create products of exceptional quality and value. If you have experienced less than this, we want to know.

If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days and you will be refunded without question.
